The TRAC implementation support helpdesk provided by JM Consulting ended on 30 September 2005.
Technical enquiries regarding annual TRAC and TRAC fEC should continue to be addressed to the usual contacts at the Funding Councils not to JM Consulting.
After 30 September 2005, any technical queries you have should be forwarded to the relevant staff at the Higher Education Funding Councils.
