UUK and SCOP have now agreed 
guidance
with regard to the costing of ESF projects.
The new arrangements
have been agreed with the European Commission and apply to all projects approved
with HEIs which commence from 1 April 2003. The arrangements agree that where
overhead costs cannot be calculated directly, a formula based approach based
on TRAC for determining them is acceptable.
